Terms of service

The rules for using Vimitron: your account, tokens and payments, who owns what you create, and what isn't allowed. They're written to be read, so please read them.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Vardhan Ganugula, an individual based in India, who runs Vimitron ("we", "us") at vimitron.com. By creating an account, buying tokens or using any part of the site, you agree to these terms, the Privacy policy and the Refund policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Vimitron.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vimitron.
The service
Vimitron lets you generate images, videos and text with AI models, organise them in a library, share them on Explore, build workflows, and schedule posts to social media accounts you connect.
The models are run by third-party providers such as fal.ai and OpenRouter. We may add, change or remove models and features, and a model's price in tokens can change when its provider's price does. AI output is unpredictable: it may be inaccurate, look unlike what you asked for, or resemble existing works. Check results before you rely on or publish them.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One person, one account. Don't create extra accounts to collect free tokens, sign-up bonuses or coupon rewards.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Tokens and payments
Everything that costs money on Vimitron is paid for with tokens. The cost of each action is shown before you start it.
- Free daily tokens are added each day, expire at midnight UTC, and are used before bought tokens.
- Bought tokens come in one-time packs on the Pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Bought tokens expire 365 days after your most recent purchase.
- Tokens have no cash value. You can't sell, transfer or exchange them, and they're only refunded as described in the Refund policy.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay under Razorpay's terms. We never see your card, UPI or bank details.
- If a video or template generation fails, its tokens are returned automatically. If any other generation fails because of our system or the provider and the tokens weren't returned, contact us and we'll add them back.
- Coupon codes can be used once per account, can expire, and can't be exchanged for money.
Your prompts and creations
You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts, uploads and the media you generate. Rights in AI-generated works vary by country, and the model providers' own terms also apply, so we can't promise that a creation can be protected or used for every purpose.
You give us a licence to store, process and show your content as needed to run the service for you. New images and videos are public by default. While an item is public, you also allow us to show a watermarked copy on Explore, with your prompt, display name and profile picture, and to let other users download it as described on the site. You can make an item private at any time, which ends that licence for new viewers.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including permission from anyone who appears in a photo you upload.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vimitron to create, upload, share or publish:
- Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises anyone who looks underage. We report this to the authorities.
- Sexual or nude content of a real person without their consent, or sexual content on Explore.
- Graphic violence or gore, or content that promotes terrorism, self-harm or serious harm to others.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats or bullying.
- Deepfakes or impersonation meant to mislead people, including fake news, fraud and political disinformation.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Spam, scams, malware, or anything illegal in India or where you live.
Also don't:
- Try to get around token costs, rate limits, watermarks, moderation or other protections.
- Scrape the site, overload it, or access it with bots except through features we provide.
- Resell access to Vimitron or use it to build a competing service.
Moderation
We check prompts automatically, users can report public items, and our team reviews flagged content. We may hide or remove any public item, make it private, or refuse to publish it, if we believe it breaks these terms. How this works is described in the Explore docs. If you think we removed something by mistake, contact us through support@vimitron.com.
Social media publishing
When you connect a social account, you allow us to publish the posts you create or schedule to it. You are responsible for what is posted and for following each platform's rules. Platforms can change their APIs, limit posting or revoke access, and a scheduled post may be delayed or fail as a result. We aren't responsible for action a platform takes against your account.
Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or that we need to close to comply with the law. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why first. Tokens on an account closed for abuse or fraud are not refunded.
You can stop using Vimitron at any time, and ask us to delete your account through support@vimitron.com.
Disclaimers
Vimitron is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and your files safe, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or that output will meet your needs. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, such as fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or harm to reputation. Our total liability for any claim about Vimitron is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you created, uploaded or published, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled by the courts of India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Vimitron changes, and will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell signed-in users in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vimitron after that means you accept the new terms.
