Workflow templates

Copy a ready-made Instagram automation into your workflows with one click, check it, then turn on its suggested schedule.

What a template is

A workflow template is a complete workflow with its nodes already connected and configured. Use template copies it into your account as a normal workflow, so you can rename it, change prompts or add nodes. Changing your copy never changes the template.

You'll find the templates on the Workflows page under Start from a template.

Available templates

Template	What it does	Suggested schedule
Daily AI image post for Instagram	Writes a post idea, turns it into a square image, writes the caption and posts it to your feed.	Every day at 9:00
Instagram Reel from an AI image and music	Makes a vertical image, adds your music track to make a 15-second Reel, writes the caption and posts the Reel.	Mon, Wed, Fri at 18:00
AI video Reel for Instagram	Generates a 6-second vertical AI video and posts it as a Reel with a caption.	None, run it when you want
Trending news post with an AI agent	The AI Agent finds today's top story on your topic, then a caption and an image are made from it, posted to Instagram, and you get a Telegram message.	Every day at 8:00
Post to Instagram, Facebook and X at once	One image and a short caption, published to all three with the Multi-Channel Publisher.	Tue, Thu at 12:00

Use a template

Connect your accounts: Connect Instagram (a professional account linked to a Facebook Page) and any other platform the template posts to on Socials. See Social publishing.
Click Use template: The workflow is copied into your account and opens in the editor.
Make it yours: Each card lists its setup steps. Usually you change the topic in the first node and, for Reels, pick a music track or video model.
Run it once: Click Run and check the image and caption in the execution log before anything goes out on a schedule.
Turn on the schedule: Open Schedule in the toolbar. The suggested time is already filled in, in your browser's time zone. Switch it on and save.

Schedules start paused. A copied template never posts on its own until you turn its schedule on. That gives you time to connect accounts and test it.

Links such as /workflows?template=instagram-daily-ai-post copy that template straight away when you're signed in. The blog uses them so readers can try a template in one click.

Tokens and limits

Templates are free. Each AI node spends tokens when it runs, at the same price as in the studios, so a daily image post costs about the price of one image plus two short texts.
Video Reels cost more because video is priced per second. The video node shows its price before you run.
You can copy up to 30 templates an hour, and have up to 100 workflows in total.
Instagram posts images to the feed and videos as Reels. Stories and carousels aren't supported yet.
